Role & responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate day-to-day logistics operations.

- Arrange transportation and ensure timely pickup and delivery of shipments.

- Source freight quotes and negotiate transportation costs.

- Manage freight quotations and vendor rate negotiations.

- Coordinate with transporters and negotiate competitive freight rates.

- Handle customer calls and provide shipment status updates.

- Coordinate with customers, transporters, and internal teams to resolve delivery issues.

- Ensure adherence to committed pickup and delivery schedules.

- Maintain logistics records and transactions in ERP systems.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline; qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain,



or Customer Service will be an added advantage.

- 5 to 7 years of experience in Logistics, Transportation Coordination, and Customer Service.

- Experience in the Automobile or Manufacturing industry preferred.

- Robust exposure to freight sourcing, transportation planning, and vendor management.

- Proven ability to negotiate freight rates and optimize logistics costs.

- Hands-on experience in handling domestic shipments and coordinating with transporters.

- Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

- Excellent communication, customer handling, and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong follow-up, problem-solving, and coordination abilities.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and ensure adherence to delivery commitments.
