Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Dispatcher to join our team in Mohali. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of US trucking operations, load booking, driver coordination, and rate negotiation.

This is an on-site, full-time position requiring availability for the USA night shift.

Key Responsibilities

- Book loads using DAT, Truckstop, and other load boards.
- Search and select suitable loads based on driver location, equipment, route, and availability.
- Negotiate rates with brokers and secure profitable loads.
- Coordinate effectively with drivers, brokers, shippers, and receivers.
- Track shipments and provide regular updates to drivers.
- Manage pickup and delivery schedules.
- Monitor loads and proactively handle delays, cancellations, and dispatch-related issues.
- Maintain and organize Rate Confirmations, BOLs, PODs, and other relevant documents.
- Ensure timely pickup and delivery of assigned loads.




- Maintain accurate dispatch and shipment records.

Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in US trucking, freight dispatching, or logistics.
- Basic experience with load booking and rate negotiation.
- Good verbal and written English communication skills.
- Familiarity with US states, routes, and time zones.
- Positive computer skills and ability to work with multiple systems simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Willingness to work USA night shifts.
