Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor daily delivery operations and ensure timely completion of orders as per defined SLAs.
- Track delivery routes and monitor Delivery Boys to ensure route adherence and productive delivery.
- Handle day-to-day depot operations including order allocation, dispatch coordination, and vehicle readiness.
- Coordinate with Delivery Boys regarding routes, order priorities, delays, and operational issues.
- Monitor Proof of Delivery (POD)



submission and ensure timely and accurate documentation.
- Identify and resolve delivery-related issues such as delays, failed deliveries, incorrect addresses, and vehicle/route issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Warehouse, Sales, Customer Service, and Distribution for smooth operations.
- Track pending deliveries and proactively follow up for closure.
- Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports covering deliveries, pending orders, POD compliance, and delivery performance.
- Monitor key operational metrics including on-time delivery, delivery productivity, route efficiency, and issue resolution.
