Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Logistics Operations, preferably within the Diagnostics industry.

- Candidates from the Diagnostics industry only are preferred.

- Relevant experience in last-mile operations, fleet, riders, and route management.

- Graduation is mandatory.

- Candidates at the Executive level are requested not to apply.

- Strong team coordination and operational management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage Last Mile Executives (LMEs), riders, and fleet operations.

- Ensure timely blood sample collection from partner labs/pathlabs.

- Monitor routes, SLA adherence, and last-mile operations.





- Conduct daily follow-ups with LMEs for timely collection and money recovery.

- Maintain and optimise lab and LME route data for better coverage and efficiency.

- Monitor LME performance, quality standards, and safety compliance.

- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational and route-related issues.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
