- Serve as the primary risk partner for the GCC establishment and business
- operations collaborating with business leaders and workstream leads to identify
- assess monitor and mitigate risks while ensuring timely escalation and resolution
- of issues
- Assess and provide oversight of risks arising from strategic change initiatives for
- GCC including process transformation technology implementations automation
- AI adoption and other business change programs
- Support operational resilience and third party risk oversight activities impacting
- GCC operations including business continuity incident response critical
- dependency management workforce resiliency and compliance with enterprise
- TPRM requirements
- Lead the execution and governance enterprise risk programs and initiatives
- including centralized risk and control self assessments risk reporting issue
- management and other first line risk management activities
- Strengthen and mature the First Line of Defense by establishing effective
- governance operating models processes controls and risk management practices
- aligned with the organization s risk appetite and enterprise risk standards
