Lobby Hostess

Location: Bandra West, MumbaiIndustry: Luxury 5-Star HotelExperience: Freshers & Experienced CandidatesSalary: Up to ₹50,000 per month, depending on experience and profile

Job Responsibilities

- Welcome and greet guests in a warm and qualified manner.
- Assist guests with enquiries regarding hotel facilities and services.
- Support smooth guest movement and maintain a welcoming lobby environment.
- Coordinate with Front Office, F&B; and other departments as required.
- Assist with guest requests and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Ensure a high standard of guest service and professionalism.
- Handle guest interactions courteously and efficiently.

Candidate Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good English communication skills.
- Customer-service oriented with a professional approach.




- Confident and courteous when interacting with guests.
- Freshers with an interest in the hospitality industry are welcome.
- Prior experience in a hotel, hospitality, front office or guest relations role will be an advantage.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
