- Job Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival at the hotel lobby.
- Provide a pleasant and personalized first impression to all guests.
- Assist guests with basic queries, directions, hotel facilities, and services.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, F&B; and other departments to ensure smooth guest assistance.
- Manage guest requests and ensure timely communication with the concerned department.
- Assist with guest arrivals, departures, and special requests when required.
- Maintain a skilled, well-groomed and welcoming appearance at all times.
- Observe guest needs and proactively offer assistance wherever required.
- Handle guest interactions professionally while maintaining the service standards of a luxury hotel.
- Ensure the lobby area remains welcoming and guest-friendly.
- Escalate guest concerns or special requirements to the appropriate department/supervisor
