We are looking for motivated and responsible candidates to join our team as Loan Officers. The candidate will be responsible for handling loan enquiries, assisting customers with suitable loan products, and supporting the complete loan application process.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and handle leads for loan products.
- Contact potential customers and understand their financial requirements.
- Explain loan products, eligibility, documentation and process.
- Assist customers in completing loan applications and collecting required documents.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams for application processing.
- Follow up with customers until loan processing/disbursement.
- Maintain proper records and daily activity reports.
- Achieve assigned business and sales targets.

Eligibility:




- Fresher and experienced candidates can apply.
- Minimum 10th pass
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets is an advantage.
- Sales, banking, finance or loan experience will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
