Loan ExecutiveJob Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Loan Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating and handling loan leads, understanding customer requirements, explaining suitable loan products, collecting and verifying documents, coordinating with banks/NBFCs, and ensuring smooth processing of loan applications from lead generation to disbursement.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new loan leads through calls, references, digital leads, and field activities.
- Contact prospective customers and understand their financial and loan requirements.
- Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, documentation, and repayment terms.
- Collect and verify KYC, income, bank statement, employment/business and other required documents.
- Conduct preliminary customer profiling and basic eligibility/credit assessment.
- Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, credit, operations and sales teams for loan processing.
- Follow up with customers for pending documents and application updates.
- Track loan applications from login through sanction and disbursement.
- Maintain accurate customer information and application records in CRM/system.
- Resolve customer queries and provide regular updates on loan status.
- Achieve assigned business and conversion targets.
- Maintain good relationships with customers and generate repeat/referral business.




- Ensure all activities are completed as per company policies, compliance requirements and internal processes.

Qualification & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline; Finance/Commerce/Business background preferred.
- 0–3 years of experience in banking, NBFC, fintech, financial services, sales or loan processing.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also be considered.
- Experience in personal loans, business loans, home loans, LAP or other financial products will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate A proactive, target-oriented and customer-focused individual who can generate leads, manage customer relationships and coordinate effectively with internal and external teams to ensure timely loan processing and disbursement. Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
