Role Description The Loan Consultant role at Future Finserv is a contract on-site position based in Kerala, India. The individual in this role will guide clients through loan options, assess eligibility, and recommend suitable loan products aligned with their financial objectives.

Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting clients, understanding their financial profiles, explaining loan terms, preparing and reviewing documentation, and coordinating with financial institutions to ensure smooth processing.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Loans and Financial Services, including various loan products and application processes.
- Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Finance, with the ability to analyze client profiles and assess financial viability.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on transparent communication and client relationship management.
- Candidates should possess Sales capabilities, including lead generation, conversion, and working toward defined targets.
- Relevant experience in loan consulting, banking, or financial advisory is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Kerala, India, with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in basic office software and documentation; comfort working with financial data and reports.
- A diploma or degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field is beneficial.
