1. Have a valuable understanding of the home loan business and prior experience in loans
2. Call and follow up with warm leads (no cold calling)
3. Explain home loan products, eligibility, and the application process
4. Build trust and guide customers throughout the application journey
5. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners
6. Maintain call records and update CRM regularly
7. Achieve daily and weekly conversion targets.

Other requirements.
- 0-1 years of experience in tele-calling or sales, preferably in the home loan segment
- Good communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, English
- Prior experience in loans, real estate, or BFSI is an advantage
- Basic understanding of home loans is preferred (training can be provided)
Age: 22-30 years
Minimum qualification
Graduate- Commerce, Science, Engineering
Salary
Fixed: 6,000 + Performance based Sales Incentive up to 20,000
