We are looking for a Loading & Unloading Executive to join our team in Siliguri. The selected candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient loading, unloading, shifting and handling of products and materials at the warehouse/godown and during dispatch and receiving operations.
The role requires a physically active, responsible and disciplined individual who can ensure that products are handled carefully and efficiently to avoid damage during loading and unloading.
Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload LED lights, fans, automated switches and other electrical products.
- Handle incoming and outgoing materials at the godown/warehouse.
- Arrange products properly after unloading and during storage.
- Ensure products are handled carefully to prevent damage, breakage or scratches.
- Assist in loading finished products into delivery vehicles.
- Assist in unloading incoming goods and materials from vehicles.
- Check the quantity and physical condition of goods during loading/unloading.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff regarding the movement of materials.
- Follow proper stacking and handling procedures.
- Keep the loading/unloading area clean and organized.
- Assist in shifting cartons, boxes, equipment and other materials within the warehouse.
- Follow safety procedures while handling heavy or fragile materials.
- Inform the supervisor immediately about any damaged,
missing or incorrectly received material.
- Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Candidate Requirements
- Physically fit and capable of handling loading and unloading work.
- Willingness to perform manual material-handling activities.
- Responsible and disciplined approach to work.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Good understanding of safe material handling.
- Ability to follow instructions from supervisors.
- Punctual and reliable.
- Previous experience in loading/unloading, warehouse, godown, logistics or dispatch operations will be an advantage.
Qualification & Experience
- Minimum qualification: 10th Pass preferred.
- Prior experience in loading/unloading or warehouse operations will be an advantage.
