Roles & Responsibilities:

- Maintain and update LMS content, courses, and user profiles. Also maintain CMS.

- Troubleshoot LMS issues and provide technical support to trainers and learners.

- Working on different templates created in html

- Learning recent tool provided by client and implementing whenever required

- Working on daily checks on different tool like TCm (ERP Tool), WebEx etc.

- Publishing weekly inputs to LMSs, doing LMS check on daily basis

- Support implementation of new learning technologies and tools.

- Work on creating Dashboards using Excel

- Solving complex problems using advance Excel formulas

- Work on generating different reports and sending it to client

- Understanding and working on different on-demand request from client

- Support activities for delivery of Learning (Classroom, Virtual)





- Handle regular communication with the Client counterparts and build relationship with them for the future delivery.

- Continually seek out ways to improve Client satisfaction.

- Build the positive and supportive team culture and help team to improve efficiency.

- Demonstrate expertise in managing both internal and external clients.

- Handle client communication and reporting.

- Complete assigned ticket within the deadline.

- Exhibit strong problem-solving and business acumen skills.

- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in written and verbal communication skills.
