LMS Administrator - Bangalore
Overview
We are looking for candidates who have a desire to make an impact in the learning and development domain to join our team based out of Bengaluru, India.
To succeed, you will need a proven ability to:
- Manage multiple instances of an LMS
- Advise stakeholders on the setup and management of LMSes
- Provide basic troubleshooting of LMS activities; including content, SSO, and APIs
- Work with multiple stakeholders to manage tasks and expectations
- Work independently to perform own tasks while providing periodic updates to leadership
- Manage multiple client relationships – especially working remotely from Learning Managers to CLOs and
Directors
- Present complex information in a clear manner, both written and verbal
What you’ll do
In this role, you will be responsible to:
- Perform LMS administrative tasks; these include (but are not limited to)
- Manage users (Add, Delete, Modify)
- Manage user enrollment
- Setup learning setting (Branding, email templates, etc.)
- Run ad-hoc reports, and setup recurring reports as required
- Manage Learning Objects (upload, update, retire)
- Manage Learning Objects (tag management, skill management, badges)
- Liaison with other stakeholders and participate in learning strategy rollout
- Advise authors on managing learning objects
- Assist with integration of Prime into 3rd party solutions, headless LMS integrations and more
- Liaison with Adobe internal stakeholders to discuss potential enhancement requests
- Demonstrate expertise and provide advisory service on the setup and management of LMSes
- Respond to technical, procedural or functional questions on the workings of the LMS from stakeholders
- Investigate any issues with the LMS, document the issue working with stakeholders, and the liaison with the support teams to get to a resolution.

What you’ll need to succeed:
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A bachelor’s degree from a technical course
- 5-8 years of proficiency with an enterprise LMS like Saba Cloud, Cornerstone, Moodle or similar systems
- Excellent spoken and written English skills
- High emotional intelligence and a customer service mindset
- Prior experience working with distributed, international teams
- Ability to lead small projects under guidance of a manager, but work independently
- Desirable: Experience with additional cloud based LMS systems, Adobe learning content creation tools
(e.g., Adobe Captivate), and Adobe Connect (or other web meetings technologies
