About Rangrez

Rangrez is a growing fashion jewellery brand known for selling jewellery through live commerce and social media. We are looking for a confident and energetic Live Sales Executive to join our Delhi team.

Role Overview

This is a sales-focused live commerce role, not a traditional anchoring or hosting position. The candidate will appear on Facebook/Instagram Live, showcase jewellery products, interact with viewers and actively convert viewers into customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular Facebook/Instagram Live sessions for jewellery sales.
- Showcase jewellery products and explain their features, pricing, offers and benefits.
- Engage with viewers during live sessions and answer their questions.
- Actively encourage viewers to place orders during the Live.
- Handle product objections and customer queries confidently.
- Create urgency around offers, limited stock and live-only deals.
- Follow up with interested customers and incomplete orders after Live sessions.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations team for order confirmation.




- Achieve daily and monthly Live sales targets.
- Maintain a high-energy, engaging and sales-oriented presence throughout the Live.
- Learn product details quickly and communicate them accurately.

Who We Are Looking For

- Confident and comfortable speaking in front of a camera.
- Solid Hindi communication skills; basic English is preferred.
- Good convincing and selling ability.
- Energetic personality with strong customer engagement skills.
- Comfortable handling live audience comments and questions.
- Target-oriented and motivated by sales.
- Prior experience in Live Selling / Live Commerce / Fashion Jewellery / Beauty / Fashion / E-commerce will be an advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication and confidence may also apply.

Important: The primary objective is LIVE SALES & CUSTOMER CONVERSION.
