We are looking for an experienced Engineer / Manager with hands-on experience in Lithium-Ion Battery Manufacturing / Battery Pack Manufacturing.

The candidate will be responsible for managing and improving battery manufacturing processes, production activities, quality, testing and process development.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and improve Lithium-Ion battery cell/module/pack manufacturing processes.
- Handle Battery Pack Assembly, testing and end-of-line testing activities.
- Monitor production parameters such as productivity, OEE, FPY, cycle time and rejection.
- Identify process issues and implement Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective actions.
- Work closely with Quality, R&D;, Maintenance, Purchase and Production teams.
- Support new product development, pilot production and production ramp-up.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, work instructions and safety requirements.
- Knowledge of BMS, battery electrical systems and battery pack architecture will be an advantage.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, Poka-Yoke and continuous improvement activities.
- Ensure proper traceability and documentation of battery components and finished battery packs.




- Lead and manage production/engineering teams as applicable to the position.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Production or related engineering field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Lithium-Ion Battery Manufacturing / Battery Pack Manufacturing / EV Battery Industry.
- Hands-on experience in battery module/pack assembly and testing.
- Positive understanding of BMS, battery electrical connections and safety requirements.
- Experience in production planning, process improvement and problem solving.
- Knowledge of PFMEA, Control Plan, 8D, RCA and basic quality tools is preferred.
- For Manager-level candidates, team handling and shop-floor management experience is required.

Candidates with relevant hands-on Lithium-Ion Battery Manufacturing experience will be preferred. Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
