Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Logistics Executive to manage warehouse stock, spare parts inventory, transportation arrangements, and loading/unloading operations. The candidate should have good communication skills and practical experience in logistics and warehouse coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and manage warehouse stock and inventory.
- Maintain proper records of spare parts and materials.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate for timely availability of required materials.
- Coordinate loading and unloading of machinery, spare parts, and other materials.
- Arrange and book transportation vehicles as per shipment requirements.
- Coordinate with transporters, drivers, and logistics vendors.
- Arrange Hydra/crane booking whenever required for loading and unloading heavy machinery.
- Coordinate vehicle arrival, loading, dispatch, and delivery schedules.
- Ensure proper handling and safe movement of materials.
- Maintain transportation, stock, and dispatch records.
- Coordinate with warehouse, service, accounts,



and sales teams for logistics requirements.
- Verify material quantity during loading and unloading.
- Track dispatched materials and follow up on deliveries.
- Handle day-to-day logistics issues and coordinate their timely resolution.

Requirements
- Age: 35 years and above preferred.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehouse, transportation, or dispatch operations.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Practical knowledge of loading/unloading and transportation arrangements.
- Experience in Hydra/crane booking and heavy-material handling preferred.
- Ability to coordinate with drivers, transporters, vendors, and internal teams.
- Valuable knowledge of inventory and stock management.
- Responsible, organized, and capable of handling logistics work independently.
