Full Power Media Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a LinkedIn Specialist to manage LinkedIn profiles and company pages, create professional content, support lead-generation activities, and improve audience engagement.

The candidate should have practical experience with LinkedIn content management, audience research, professional outreach, and performance tracking.

Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain LinkedIn profiles and company pages.
- Plan and publish relevant LinkedIn content.
- Research target audiences, industries, and potential business prospects.
- Support LinkedIn-based lead-generation activities.
- Conduct professional outreach and follow up with prospects.
- Monitor engagement, reach, follower growth, and campaign performance.
- Research industry trends and competitors.
- Maintain professional communication with LinkedIn connections.
- Prepare basic performance reports and recommendations.
- Test and improve content and outreach strategies based on results.

Requirements




- 2+ years of relevant professional experience in LinkedIn management, social media, digital marketing, lead generation, or a related field.
- Good understanding of LinkedIn and its content formats.
- Experience with professional outreach and lead generation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good research and organizational skills.
- Ability to create clear and professional business content.
- Basic understanding of B2B marketing is preferred.
- Ability to work from our Goregaon West, Mumbai office.

Preferred Experience Candidates with practical experience in LinkedIn growth, B2B lead generation, professional outreach, content management, and social media analytics will be preferred.
