Have you written LinkedIn posts on behalf of founders, executives or operators? We want to see that work. InboxKit is hiring a LinkedIn ghostwriter to build the personal profiles of our core team. You’ll work with their ideas, experiences and opinions, develop content strategy, and write posts in each person’s voice. Previous experience ghostwriting for other people’s LinkedIn profiles is required. A portfolio of SEO articles, blogs, website copy or company-page content alone will not qualify.

The work

Develop a clear content direction for each core team member: who they’re speaking to, what they have to say, and why someone should follow them.

Turn conversations, voice notes and rough ideas into strong LinkedIn posts. Find specific stories and useful angles through good follow-up questions.

Write openings that earn attention and posts that deliver on them. Preserve different voices across profiles, rather than making everyone sound like the same creator.

Review audience response and use it to improve future content. You’ll also handle basic publishing, comment replies and performance reporting for InboxKit’s company social accounts.

This is a secondary responsibility. LinkedIn strategy and ghostwriting are the core of the role.





What you should bring A portfolio of LinkedIn posts you’ve ghostwritten for other people.

Excellent writing and editing, including the ability to make a draft sharper without making it sound unlike its author.

Robust content fundamentals: audience understanding, attention, structure, storytelling and a clear point of view.

The ability to explain your writing decisions beyond “it has a good hook” or “it’s relatable.” Enough curiosity to understand someone’s work and ask questions that uncover something worth saying. Experience writing for B2B founders, SaaS companies or people in the email marketing space is a plus.

Our approach to AI AI-assisted work is fine. You must be able to develop ideas, write and edit independently.

The finished post should sound like the person behind it, with specific insights and natural language. Generic AI copy will not meet the standard. About InboxKit InboxKit is a cold email infrastructure platform for agencies, sales teams and outbound-focused businesses.
