Role Overview:

We are looking for a high-impact LIMS Solutions Specialist / Business Development Manager to lead growth for our Vista LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) solution .

In this role, you will bridge the gap between sales and technology: driving pipeline growth, presenting software demos to enterprise clients, translating lab workflows into software requirements, and collaborating closely with our engineering team to build product enhancements.

Responsibilities:

- Business Development: Identify, prospect, and qualify enterprise leads across Environment, Quality, Product testing and industrial lab segments.
- Client Demos & Consultative Selling: Conduct compelling product demonstrations of Vista LIMS, explaining technical features and aligning solution capabilities with client operational needs.
- Product & Engineering Liaison: Gather detailed client requirements and work directly with internal development teams to scope,



design, and deliver new features.
- Pipeline & Deal Management: Prepare technical proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle using CRM tools.
- Relationship Management: Build long-term partnerships with laboratory heads, IT directors, and key enterprise stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Solid business development and sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and deal negotiation in B2B technology or software solutions.
- Hands-on experience or deep familiarity with LIMS , laboratory workflows.
- Ability to understand technical specs, lab compliance needs, and translate user feedback into feature requests for developers.
- Outstanding client-facing, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Engineering, or IT (MBA is a plus).
- Ability to work on-site in Greater Noida (West) with flexibility for client travel as needed.
