Minimum Educational Qualification  Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality / Hotel Management.

Required Skills  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

 Strong customer service and relationship management skills.

 Service-first mindset with a high level of ownership and accountability.

 Well-groomed and professionally presented.

 Ability to manage multiple client requests and coordinate with various stakeholders.

 Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.

Experience Required  Minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience.

 Freshers are not eligible.

Additional Hiring Preferences

 Candidates should have a solid client-centric approach, excellent grooming, and strong interpersonal skills.

 Candidates must have a background with top-tier hospitality brands/hotels.

 This is a 6-day, work-from-office or patron’s residence role.

 Candidates may also be required to visit the patron’s residence as and when required.
