Job Summary

AspiringTeam System Pvt Ltd is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Life Insurance Sales Advisor to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, understanding their insurance needs, explaining suitable life insurance solutions, and building long-term client relationships.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a target-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through calls, references, networking, and other channels.
- Contact prospective customers and understand their financial protection and insurance requirements.
- Explain life insurance plans, benefits, coverage, premiums, and policy features clearly.
- Recommend insurance solutions based on customer needs and eligibility.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with new and existing customers.
- Assist customers with the application and documentation process.
- Provide timely support and service to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.




- Stay updated on insurance products, company offerings, and applicable industry guidelines.

Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in life insurance, banking, financial services, sales, or a related field preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-focused and target-driven approach.
- Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and field/networking activities.
