Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Life Insurance Sales Executive to drive sales of life insurance products, including term plans, savings plans, retirement solutions, ULIPs, and protection products. The role involves identifying customer needs, providing suitable financial protection solutions, and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
· Generate leads through referrals, networking, and prospecting activities.
· Understand customers' financial goals and protection requirements.
· Recommend suitable life insurance products and explain policy features and benefits.
· Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
· Assist customers with proposal forms, documentation, and KYC requirements.
· Coordinate with operations teams for policy issuance and servicing.
· Maintain regular follow-ups with clients for policy renewals and additional product opportunities.
· Build and manage a robust customer portfolio.
· Stay updated on life insurance products, market trends,
and regulatory requirements.
· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
·Required Skills
. Strong sales and negotiation skills.
· Good understanding of life insurance and financial planning concepts.
· Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
· Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Qualifications
· Graduation Compulsory
· 1–5 years of experience in Life Insurance sales.
· Experience in selling term plans, investment-linked products, and retirement solutions will be preferred.
