We are currently expanding our sales team and are looking for highly motivated individuals to join us under the direct mentorship of our experienced Team Lead.

The Role: We are looking for a driven and results-oriented associates to drive our insurance sales. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with potential clients, understand their financial and security needs, and successfully sell them the right insurance policies. This is a high-reward role perfect for someone who is persuasive, confident, and eager to build a career in sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and following up on provided leads.
- Client Meetings & Pitching: Conduct meetings with prospective clients to assess their needs and confidently pitch relevant insurance products (Life, Health, or General Insurance).
- Closing Sales: Overcome objections, negotiate terms, and successfully close sales to meet or exceed monthly targets.
- Relationship Building: Maintain relationships with clients even after the sale to encourage renewals,



upselling, and referral generation.
- Reporting: Keep accurate records of sales activities, client pipelines, and follow-ups, reporting directly to the Team Lead.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Minimum Higher Secondary (Graduates in any stream are preferred).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Fluency in local languages (Bengali, Hindi) as well as English is highly desirable.
- High energy, resilience, and a target-driven mindset.
- Prior experience in sales, telecalling, or field marketing is a strong advantage.
- Bonus: Existing IRDAI certification or a willingness to complete the required training and examination to become a certified agent.
