Role Description This is a full time, on-site Life Insurance Agent role based in Vadodara.

The Life Insurance

Agent will identify potential clients, explain LIC’s life insurance products, and recommend suitable plans based on individual needs and financial goals. Daily tasks include meeting clients, conducting needs assessments, preparing proposals, completing policy documentation, and following up on leads and renewals. The role involves providing ongoing customer service, resolving queries,



and supporting policyholders throughout the policy lifecycle.

The agent will also participate in local marketing activities, maintain records of sales activities, and work towards achieving assigned sales targets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Insurance Sales and Insurance to effectively promote and explain life insurance products
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to build long-term relationships and support policyholders.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information in a simple, clear manner.
- Basic knowledge of financial planning and willingness to learn LIC’s product portfolio and compliance requirements.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales and performance targets.
- Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a college degree in business, finance, or related fields is an advantage
