- Lighting Concepts: Develop functional, aesthetic, and energy-efficient lighting layouts and schemes for residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
- Simulations & Drawings: Prepare qualified lighting calculations, photorealistic renders, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and technical drawings using DIALux, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
- Product Specification: Recommend appropriate lighting fixtures, smart controls, and automation systems based on client requirements and spatial dynamics.
Sales & Business Development
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with architects, interior designers, electrical consultants, and corporate clients.

- Pitching & Negotiations: Present design concepts and technical proposals to clients, negotiate commercial terms, and convert leads into confirmed orders.

- Target Achievement: Drive revenue growth by meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets for lighting products and solutions.

- Coordination: Collaborate with internal project teams, vendors, and site execution teams to ensure smooth delivery from concept to handover
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
