Through engaging, activity-based sessions, children learn to communicate confidently, work with others, handle challenges, make thoughtful decisions, develop healthy habits and become more independent in everyday situations.

About the RoleWe are looking for a warm, engaging and responsible Life Skills Facilitator to conduct interactive weekend sessions for children aged 6–11 years.

This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys working with children and can create a safe, encouraging environment where children feel comfortable participating, expressing themselves and learning through practical activities.

The facilitator will conduct structured sessions using discussions, practical activities, games, role plays and real-life situations to help children develop essential life skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging, activity-based life-skills sessions for children aged 6–11
- Facilitate discussions, practical activities, games and role plays
- Encourage children to communicate, participate and express their ideas confidently
- Help children develop skills such as communication, confidence, teamwork, empathy, emotional awareness, problem-solving and decision-making
- Create a positive, inclusive and supportive learning environment
- Manage and engage a small group of approximately 10–15 children
- Follow the session plans and activities provided by SkillFony while adapting them naturally to the group




- Observe children's participation and provide simple feedback and observations when required
- Maintain appropriate boundaries and skilled conduct while working with children
- Coordinate with the Skillfony team regarding session preparation, feedback and improvements

- Genuine interest in working with children
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Warm, patient and approachable personality
- Comfortable speaking and facilitating activities in front of a group of children
- Ability to keep children engaged through interactive and practical methods
- Good understanding of child behaviour and development is an advantage
- Experience in teaching, facilitation, counselling, psychology, soft-skills training, mentoring or working with children is preferred
- Ability to take initiative while following a structured curriculum
- Professional, responsible and dependable approach
