We are looking for a compassionate, motivated, and professional Life Coach to help clients identify their personal and professional goals, overcome challenges, build confidence, and develop practical strategies for personal growth.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and listening skills, a positive mindset, and the ability to build trust and meaningful relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions to understand clients’ goals, challenges, and aspirations.
- Help clients set realistic, measurable, and achievable personal or professional goals.
- Develop personalized action plans and strategies for growth and improvement.
- Support clients in developing confidence, self-awareness, motivation, and accountability.
- Track client progress and provide constructive feedback and encouragement.
- Help clients identify limiting beliefs, habits,



and behaviors that may be affecting their progress.
- Maintain qualified boundaries and client confidentiality.
- Keep accurate records of coaching sessions and client progress.
- Follow up with clients regularly to encourage consistency and accountability.
- Participate in workshops, training sessions, or team meetings as required.
