Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain all company licences, registrations, permits, and statutory approvals.

- Ensure timely renewal of licences and maintain an updated compliance tracker.

- Coordinate with government departments, authorities, and consultants for applications, renewals, and approvals.

- Handle documentation related to Factory, Fire, Shops & Establishment, Labour, Pollution, and other applicable licences.

- Maintain proper records of licences, certificates, applications, and renewals.

- Coordinate for government inspections and ensure required documents are available.

- Follow up on pending applications, approvals, and renewals.

- Ensure the company remains compliant with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

- Graduate / relevant qualification.

- 25 years of experience in licensing, compliance, or government liaison.

- Good knowledge of statutory licences and renewal procedures.

- Robust documentation, coordination, and follow-up skills.

- Experience in manufacturing, diamond, or jewellery industry will be an advantage.
