Position Overview

We are looking for a highly professional, polished, and sophisticated Liaison Officer with strong hands-on experience in real estate redevelopment projects, PMC coordination, statutory approvals, government liaisoning, and regulatory compliance .

The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling liaisoning activities for redevelopment projects , coordinating with government authorities, PMC teams, consultants, societies, legal professionals, and other stakeholders.

The candidate must have a strong practical understanding of RERA, real estate laws, redevelopment procedures, statutory approvals, and government processes .

Key Responsibilities

- Independently handle liaisoning activities for redevelopment projects .
- Coordinate with PMC, architects, legal consultants, structural consultants, society representatives, contractors, and government authorities .
- Follow up with relevant authorities for approvals, permissions, NOCs, sanctions, licenses, and statutory clearances .
- Coordinate with PMC teams and ensure timely submission, processing, and follow-up of project-related documentation.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with government departments and concerned officials.
- Track applications, approvals, pending matters, objections, compliances, and statutory timelines.
- Assist in resolving regulatory and procedural issues related to redevelopment projects.




- Maintain systematic records of applications, approvals, NOCs, correspondence, agreements, and other important documentation.
- Coordinate with the legal team on property matters, redevelopment documentation, regulatory requirements, and legal compliances .
- Possess practical knowledge of RERA provisions and real estate/redevelopment laws .
- Coordinate with society members and other stakeholders whenever required.
- Provide regular status updates to senior management regarding approvals, pending matters, timelines, and regulatory issues.
- Ensure all liaisoning activities are handled with professionalism, confidentiality, integrity, and discretion .

Candidate Requirements
- 4–7 years of relevant experience in real estate liaisoning, redevelopment, property development, or a similar field.
- Proven experience of independently handling redevelopment-related liaisoning work .
- Prior experience coordinating with PMC teams is strongly preferred.




- Good practical understanding of RERA and real estate/property laws .
- Graduate in Law, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate Management, or a related field will be preferred.
- Excellent command of English, Hindi, and Marathi .
- Strong communication, coordination, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to confidently interact with government officials, PMC representatives, consultants, society members, legal professionals, and senior management .
- Strong documentation and organizational skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple matters and ensure timely closure.
- Should demonstrate professional etiquette, maturity, discretion, and excellent interpersonal skills .
