Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented LFR Sales Executive to manage and grow our business across Large Format Retail (LFR) channels. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, maintaining strong relationships with retail partners, ensuring product availability and visibility, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day business operations across assigned Large Format Retail stores/accounts.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the assigned territory/accounts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with LFR partners and store teams.
- Regularly visit stores to monitor sales, stock availability, product assortment, and brand visibility.
- Ensure proper product placement, merchandising, and implementation of brand guidelines.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the concerned teams to ensure timely replenishment.
- Track secondary sales, sell-through, stock movement, and store-wise performance.




- Identify opportunities to increase sales and improve product visibility within stores.
- Coordinate with distributors, retailers, warehouse, and internal sales teams for smooth operations.
- Ensure new product launches and promotional activities are executed effectively at store level.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, product assortment, and market trends.
- Prepare and share regular sales and market visit reports with the reporting manager.
- Follow up on pending orders, claims, returns, payments, and other commercial matters as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and LFR partner requirements.
- Build robust relationships with store managers, department heads, and other key stakeholders.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
