The role will involve advising leading technology companies on M&A; and corporate transactions, including drafting and negotiating Share Purchase Agreements (SPAs), Shareholders’ Agreements (SHAs), Business Transfer Agreements (BTAs), Asset Purchase Agreements (APAs), Joint Venture Agreements (JVAs), Investment Agreements, Term Sheets / Letters of Intent, and other commercial and transaction-related agreements.
