Role Description The Legal Manager role at Raay Neo Pharma is a full-time, in office position based in Mumbai. The individual in this role will oversee legal affairs across the company, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and other legal documents. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing legal compliance with pharmaceutical and nutraceutical regulations, advising internal stakeholders on legal risks, and supporting business decisions with clear legal guidance.

The Legal

Manager will coordinate with external legal advisors when needed, maintain accurate legal records, and implement policies that align with current laws and industry standards. This role also involves monitoring regulatory changes, conducting legal training for teams, and supporting dispute resolution and litigation management when required.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Law and demonstrated experience in corporate or commercial legal practice.
- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, reviewing,



and negotiating contracts and agreements.
- Experience in Legal Consulting, providing clear, practical legal advice to cross-functional business teams.
- Expertise in Legal Compliance, including regulatory adherence in pharmaceutical and nutraceutical sectors.
- Capability to manage broad Legal Affairs, such as policy development, dispute resolution support, and coordination with external counsel.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) required; advanced legal qualifications or specialization in corporate or healthcare law are an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk assessment abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Prior experience in the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or healthcare industry is highly beneficial.
