Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Legal Manager to join our team at our Cherthala Branch. The candidate will be responsible for handling legal matters, documentation, compliance, and providing legal support to the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and manage day-to-day legal matters of the branch.
- Provide legal advice and support to management and internal teams.
- Draft, review, and manage legal documents, agreements, notices, and contracts.
- Handle legal cases, proceedings, and related documentation.
- Liaise with advocates, legal consultants, government authorities, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain proper records of legal cases, documents, and correspondence.
- Identify potential legal risks and recommend appropriate preventive measures.
- Represent the organization before relevant authorities, courts, or forums, wherever required.




- Monitor and follow up on ongoing legal matters.

Eligibility & Requirements
- LLB (Bachelor of Laws) from a recognized university.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar legal role.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of legal procedures, documentation, contracts, and applicable laws.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and work independently.
- Candidates who are available to work from Cherthala will be preferred.
