About The Job The Anmol Panwar Law Office invites applications from advocates with approximately 4–5 years of litigation experience for the position of Senior Associate (Litigation). The role involves court appearances, drafting, legal research, briefing, and independently handling matters. Litigation may require flexibility and work beyond regular office hours in urgent matters.

Eligibility

(i) Advocates with approximately 4–5 years of litigation experience for the position of Senior Associate (Litigation)

(ii) Genuine interest in litigation.

(iii) Ability to conduct independent legal research.

(iv) Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.

(v) Candidates should demonstrate professionalism, curiosity,



and willingness to learn.

Responsibility

(i) Drafting of pleadings, petitions, applications, replies, written statements, and legal notices.

(ii) Conducting detailed legal research and preparing case briefs and opinions.

(iii) ⁠Appearing before various courts, tribunals, and quasi-judicial authorities.

(iv) ⁠Coordinating with clients, counsels, and other stakeholders for case updates and filings.

(v) ⁠Ensuring timely preparation and submission of documents and maintaining case files.
