About Legal Job Opportunity At HSA Advocates

HSA Advocates is seeking a Litigation Associate with 2 to 4 years of PQE to join our IBC litigation practice in New Delhi. The ideal candidate must possess exceptional drafting precision, strong factual synthesis, and courtroom advocacy skills in insolvency and debt recovery litigation.

Position

Litigation Associate – IBC Litigation (PQE: 2-4 Years)

Key Responsibilities

- Drafting: Draft petitions, replies, written submissions, and interlocutory applications under Sections 7, 9, 14, 43, 45, 66, and 95 of the IBC, along with appellate pleadings.

- Courtroom Appearances: Regularly appear and argue before the NCLT, NCLAT, DRT, and High Courts on behalf of Financial Creditors, Operational Creditors, Resolution Professionals, and Corporate Debtors.
