Role & responsibilities
- Researching case laws, applicable legal and regulatory provisions checking for updates in litigation matters applicable law, circulars etc. and apprising the Legal Head
- Drafting responses to notices from Regulatory/Statutory Authorities/Law Enforcement Agencies
- Maintaining MIS of Agreements, Litigation, IPR and such other data as may be required from time to time.
Preferred candidate profile
Educational Qualification
- Bachelors Degree in Law from a reputed University
