Pirgal Consulting is seeking an ambitious, enthusiastic Legal Intern to join our legal team in Bangalore.
This internship provides an opportunity to gain practical exposure to legal research, drafting, property law, income tax matters, and courtroom proceedings while working under the guidance of experienced legal professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with legal research relating to property law and income tax matters.
- Support the drafting, reviewing, and refinement of contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Gain practical exposure to real estate-related legal matters and property disputes.
- Conduct supervised research on income tax statutes, regulations, and their implications.
- Assist in preparing responses, appeals, and other legal documentation under supervision.
- Attend and observe court hearings and legal proceedings.
- Support the legal team with case-related research and documentation.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in legal documentation.
- Stay updated on relevant legal developments and industry practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide legal assistance as required.
