Role Description This is a full-time or part time, on-site or hybrid Legal Intern role based in Mumbai.

The Legal

Intern will assist in reviewing, drafting, and organizing legal documents related to property acquisition, development agreements, and sales contracts. Daily tasks include conducting basic legal research on real estate regulations, supporting senior legal staff with due diligence, and helping address legal issues that arise during construction and project execution. The intern will coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure documentation accuracy and compliance, and maintain systematic records of contracts, approvals, and correspondence. The role offers practical experience in real estate law, contract management,



and regulatory compliance within a luxury housing environment.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Law, with interest or coursework in real estate or property law.
- Ability to support Legal Consulting activities, including assisting senior legal professionals with case preparation and advisory work.
- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, reviewing, and organizing contracts, agreements, and legal notices.
- Solid knowledge of 7/12 extracts, sale deeds, conveyance deeds, mutations, search reports, title deeds
- Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
- Capability to identify and analyze Legal Issues related to property transactions, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a law degree (LLB or equivalent).
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple documents and deadlines.
- Comfort working on-site in Mumbai and collaborating in a fast-paced real estate development environment.
- Familiarity with local property laws and regulations in Maharashtra is an advantage.
