Position: Head of Legal

We are looking for a seasoned legal professional to lead the Legal function and provide strategic legal support across commercial, litigation, contracts and manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

> Provide legal advisory to MD, Board & Senior Management. Lead litigation across civil, criminal, arbitration, labour & regulatory matters.
>
> Draft, review and negotiate commercial, vendor, customer, technology & international trade contracts.
>
> Manage IP matters, including trademarks, patents and confidentiality agreements.
>
> Handle labour, industrial, factory and manufacturing-related legal matters.
>
> Own the end-to-end contract lifecycle and commercial negotiations.
>
> Manage external legal counsels and dispute resolution.
>
> Establish legal policies, SOPs and internal controls.
>
> Work closely with the Company Secretary, auditors and regulatory authorities.

Required Profile >10–15 years of legal experience.

>3+ years in a leadership role such as Head of Legal / Legal Counsel.





> Experience in manufacturing / automotive / engineering preferred. Tier-1 or large manufacturing organization experience highly preferred.
>
> Strong commercial contracts, IP & litigation experience.
>
> LLB / BL mandatory; LLM is an advantage.
>
> Robust knowledge of commercial, contract, IP, labour & industrial laws.
>
> Excellent negotiation, drafting and legal advisory skills.
>
> Willingness to travel between Gurgaon, Manesar & Bhiwadi.
