We are looking for a Legal Executive to manage and coordinate legal and recovery matters for our Personal Loan business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain records of ongoing legal and recovery cases.

- Coordinate with external advocates for Section 138 and other recovery matters.

- Track notices, filings, summons, hearings, orders and next actions.

- Visit courts, customers and other legal offices as required.

- Tracing missing customers with the help of technology, recovery team and field visits.

- Review case files and ensure required documents are complete and accurate.

- Assist in drafting and reviewing legal notices, applications and other legal documents.

- Coordinate with Collections and Operations teams for documents and case information.

- Assist in borrower negotiations and settlement-related documentation.

- Prepare legal MIS and provide regular updates to management.

- Identify delays,



gaps or pending actions and escalate them appropriately.

Requirements:

- LLB from a recognised university.

- 0–3 years of experience in litigation, recovery, banking, NBFC or financial services.

- Basic understanding of Section 138 / cheque bounce proceedings preferred.

- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
