Role Description The Legal Intern will support the firm’s legal functions by assisting with research, drafting, and review of legal documents related to taxation and regulatory matters. Day-to-day tasks include preparing basic legal notes and summaries, helping with documentation for litigation support, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely completion of legal filings.

The intern will also assist in organizing and maintaining legal records, tracking changes in relevant laws, and supporting client-facing teams with legal queries under supervision. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vaishali, Delhi NCR, providing hands-on exposure to professional practice.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Law and an interest in tax, and regulatory frameworks.
- Candidates should possess competencies in Legal Document Preparation , including drafting, reviewing, and organizing contracts, notices, petitions and legal correspondence.
- Candidates should possess robust Communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly in written and verbal form.
- Candidates should possess the ability to identify and understand Legal Issues relevant to taxation, corporate laws, and regulatory compliance.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a law degree (LLB or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
- Strong research and analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a professional environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and comfort with learning firm-specific software and documentation standards.
