We are looking for an experienced Legal Manager to handle legal matters across the real estate development lifecycle, including land acquisition, Joint Development Agreements (JDA), construction, project approvals, and apartment sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct legal due diligence and title verification for land acquisition.
- Draft and negotiate Sale Deeds, JDAs, GPAs, MOUs and property-related agreements.
- Manage legal documentation for land purchase and joint development projects.
- Advise on RERA, property laws, approvals and regulatory compliance.
- Draft/review construction, contractor, vendor and consultant agreements.
- Review apartment sale agreements and customer documentation.
- Coordinate with external advocates on litigation,
notices and property disputes.
- Identify legal risks and provide practical advice to management and project teams.
- Maintain property documents, agreements and legal records.
Candidate Profile
- LL.B. / LL.M. with 512 years of relevant experience.
- Strong experience in real estate, land transactions, title due diligence and JDAs.
- Good knowledge of RERA, property and construction laws.
- Robust drafting, negotiation and contract-management skills.
- Experience with a real estate developer/construction company preferred.
