Role Description The Legal Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Chennai Area.

The Legal

Executive will assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documents and contracts across various practice areas, including property, corporate, and commercial matters.

Responsibilities include conducting legal research, preparing case notes, supporting litigation and dispute resolution processes,



and coordinating with courts, authorities, and external stakeholders as required. The role involves providing internal legal support and preliminary legal opinions under supervision, maintaining case files and documentation, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

The Legal

Executive will collaborate closely with senior lawyers and clients, contribute to case strategy, and help maintain the firm’s standards of accuracy, ethics, and timely delivery.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Law, with knowledge of corporate, civil, and commercial legal principles.
- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, reviewing, and formatting contracts, notices, petitions, and agreements.
- Ability to provide clear, well-reasoned Legal Advice under supervision, including interpreting statutes, case law, and regulatory requirements.
- Specialized understanding of Property Law and Conveyancing, including title verification, due diligence, and registration procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) from an accredited institution; enrollment with the Bar Council is an advantage.
- Strong legal research, analytical, and writing skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and client-handling skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a professional team environment.
- High level of integrity, ethical conduct, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality and compliance.
