Hiring LEGAL EXECUTIVE FOR CHENNAI (EGMORE) / 6 days a week / Work from Office A leading Paint organization is looking for an Executive – Legal to join its Head Office in Chennai.

? Location: Chennai

? Experience: 3 years post-qualification

? Qualification: LLB / LLB (Hons)

? CTC: ₹7–8 LPA

Preference: Gender Diversity

Key Responsibilities

? End-to-end Contract Lifecycle Management – drafting, reviewing, standardizing, negotiating and managing agreements

? Ensure legal & regulatory compliance and mitigate contractual risks

? Handle consumer cases and legal notices and coordinate with external counsel

? Manage cases under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881

? Provide transactional & legal advisory support

? Conduct due diligence and title due diligence for commercial properties

? Provide legal opinions and handle Trademark / IPR matters





? Coordinate with Legal Metrology consultants for weights & measures-related activities

? Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external legal counsel

Must Have

✅ LLB / LLB (Hons)

✅ Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience

✅ Solid Corporate / In-house Legal exposure

✅ Contract drafting & review

✅ Legal notices & consumer cases

✅ Section 138 matters

✅ Property/title due diligence

✅ Trademark / IPR exposure

✅ Tamil, English & Hindi communication skills
