We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Legal Executive to join our in-house legal team. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in the real estate sector, strong legal drafting skills, and the ability to handle various legal documentation and compliance-related matters. The candidate will be responsible for providing legal support, English drafting, reviewing agreements, conducting legal research, and coordinating with internal teams and external authorities on legal matters.

Key Responsibilities:

- Draft and review various agreements and contracts related to the real estate sector
- Draft Search & Title Reports and assist with title-related documentation
- Conduct legal vetting of documents and provide necessary legal inputs
- Draft letters and applications to Municipal Corporation, Revenue Department, financial institutions, NHAI, and other government authorities
- Draft MOUs, POAs, RTI applications, legal notices, and other legal documents
- Handle documentation related to the formation of Societies and Apartment Condominiums
- Conduct legal research and provide legal support on various matters




- Coordinate with internal departments and teams on legal matters
- Maintain proper records and documentation of legal matters

Requirements:

- LL.B. / LL.M. qualification
- Excellent English drafting and communication skills
- 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the real estate sector
- Relevant experience in contract drafting preferred
- Corporate / Real Estate legal experience will be an added advantage
- Strong analytical, research, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple legal matters efficiently and meet deadlines

Location: Parijat Nagar, Nashik Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
