Role Description We are seeking proactive, detail-oriented Legal Counsel to join our legal team, with core expertise spanning data privacy, intellectual property rights (IPR), business advisory, and dispute management. In this multifaceted role, you will partner closely with various product and commercial teams to drive business growth, manage legal risks, and protect our proprietary assets across global markets.

This full-time, in office role based in Delhi NCR, India includes advising internal stakeholders on legal issues related to travel, e-commerce, consumer protection, data privacy, employment,



and corporate governance, while ensuring adherence to applicable laws and company policies.

The Legal

Counsel will collaborate with cross-functional teams such as finance, product, operations, HR, and marketing to enable business initiatives while minimizing legal risk. Day-to-day activities also include managing disputes and litigation with external counsel as needed, maintaining legal documentation and templates, monitoring regulatory developments, and contributing to internal training and process improvements.

Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) or Master of Laws (LL.M.) from a premier institution.
- Experience: 3 to 4 years of relevant post-qualification experience, combining top-tier law firm practice with robust in-house experience at a major consumer tech, e-commerce, fintech, or OTA platform in India.
- Expertise: Hands-on command over the DPDP Act, Consumer Protection Act & E-Commerce Rules, IT Act intermediary guidelines, IPR enforcement in India, and the mechanics of handling consumer forum litigation. Privacy certifications (CIPP/E, CIPP/US, or CIPM) are a strong plus.
- Skills: Exceptional drafting, litigation strategy, and stakeholder management skills. Able to translate complex and shifting Indian regulatory requirements into agile business strategies.
- Mindset: Pragmatic, high-energy, and decisive, comfortable navigating a fast-paced environment where legal counsel acts as an active enabler of business expansion.
