Conduct title due diligence for land and property acquisitions across India.
Review and draft conveyance deeds, sale deeds, lease deeds, development agreements, MOUs, powers of attorney, indemnities, and other real estate documents.
Examine title reports, search reports, revenue records, and identify title risks.
Coordinate with external advocates, consultants, government authorities, and registration offices.
Support land acquisition, leasing, mortgage creation, and post-acquisition compliance activities.
Advise internal business teams on real estate laws, land regulations, and transaction structures.
Maintain transaction records, legal trackers, and document repositories.
Assist in handling litigation relating to land and real estate matters, wherever required.
