Role Description:-
- Review and draft Legal Document including Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Non- Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), SaaS Agreement, Statements of Work (SoW) and Vendor Agreement
- Identify legal and commercial risks and provide practical mitigation strategies
- Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle, including execution, amendments, addendums and renewals
- Review and draft Data Protection related documents including Privacy Notice, Data Processing Agreement
- Review and draft Export Control Compliance Documents for products and services in line with applicable regulations.
