Manage backend processing for Trademark and Business Compliance services, including documentation, application filing, client coordination, tracker management, and coordination with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle backend processing for Trademark and Business Compliance services.
Prepare, verify, organise, and maintain client documents required for applications and filings.
Coordinate application filing and ensure cases are processed accurately and within timelines.
Coordinate with clients for pending documents, information, corrections, and case-related requirements.
Maintain accurate case trackers and update application/status information regularly.
Coordinate with sales and other internal teams for smooth handover and processing of cases.
Monitor pending cases and follow up with concerned stakeholders for timely completion.
Maintain proper records of applications, documents, communications, and case status.
Escalate discrepancies, missing documents,
or delays to the concerned senior/team member.
Candidate Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline; experience in documentation, or backend operations is preferred.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Good attention to detail and document-handling ability.
Basic to positive knowledge of MS Office/Excel and computer applications.
Ability to manage multiple cases and follow deadlines.
Good coordination and follow-up skills.
Prior exposure to Trademark, Business Compliance, or related services will be an advantage.
